Trabajo is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fully remote team, supporting operations in Acapulco and beyond. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation across diverse roles.

You will build proactive candidate pipelines, develop innovative sourcing strategies, conduct rigorous interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to deliver a world-class recruitment experience in a remote work environment.

Formación

• Three+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably remote or hybrid.
• Experience with sourcing tools and strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and provide recruitment advice.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
