Op Mobility is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fully remote team supporting operations in Acapulco and beyond. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to align talent with business goals.

This role thrives in a remote-first environment, requires excellent communication, and a proactive approach to sourcing top talent globally.

Formación

• 3+ years in talent acquisition, remote or hybrid preferred.
• Experience with sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including passive talent.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
• Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
• Utilize recruitment technologies and data analytics to track progress and optimize recruitment efforts.
