Snapscale is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fully remote team, supporting operations in Acapulco and beyond. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and collaborate with hiring managers to hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from your home office.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in talent acquisition, excels at building candidate pipelines, and is proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and job

Formación

3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably remote/hybrid.
Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently with high productivity in a remote environment.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
