• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a streamlined hiring process.
• Champion a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Utilize recruitment metrics and data to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.
