Soltec is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fully remote team supporting operations in Acapulco and beyond. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent, building strong pipelines, and delivering an exceptional recruitment experience from a home office.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in talent acquisition, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Formación

3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, remote or hybrid preferred.
Experience with sourcing tools and techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, from sourcing to offers.
