Formación

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably remote or hybrid.
• Proven ability to build strong candidate pipelines and work with hiring managers.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across diverse roles—from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including passive talent.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
