This is a remote role across Latin America or South Africa. You bring a recruiter’s instinct for passive candidates and a track record of impact that is visible every day.

Formación

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a tech/digital/creative agency.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full cycle from intake to final offer.
• Source and engage talent across LATAM and beyond.
• Ensure a seamless, respectful candidate experience.
