Nuvei in Mexico is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fully remote team supporting operations across Acapulco and beyond. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in talent acquisition, proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards), and excellent communication and stakeholder

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments.
• Strong ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assess fit and competencies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and provide recruitment guidance.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Utilize analytics to track progress and optimize hiring efforts.
