Slalom is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a fully remote role, supporting operations from Acapulco and beyond. You will identify, engage, and hire top talent across departments, building strong candidate pipelines and delivering an exceptional recruitment experience from your home office.

This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, collaboration with hiring managers, and data-driven optimization to support company growth in a remote-first environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Experience with remote or hybrid settings
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field preferred

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including passive talent.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Demonstrated success in using various sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
