Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years in talent acquisition with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to scale teams in high-growth environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and refine the overall talent acquisition strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talent acquisition specialists.
• Oversee the recruitment process from profiling to offer negotiation.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide strategic guidance on workforce planning.
• Utilize data and analytics to track recruiting metrics and inform improvements.
• Champion employer branding to attract top talent.
