Hopeghospital is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee end-to-end recruitment for a diverse client base in a completely remote setup. You will lead a portfolio of high-impact roles, mentor junior recruiters, and shape innovative sourcing strategies from your home office.

The role requires a track record in talent sourcing, candidate experience, and stakeholder relationship building, with at least 6 years in TA and 2 years in leadership.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 years in talent acquisition or recruitment with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies for diverse roles.
• Expertise with recruitment tools, ATS platforms and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams in recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
