Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company, seeks a System Administrator I based in Mexico for a remote-first IT support role. You will troubleshoot Windows/macOS, manage Windows Server 2016–2025, and administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and Active Directory.

You will support VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, network issues, and security solutions while delivering strong client service and meeting performance KPIs. On-call rotations are required.

Qualifications

• At least three years of professional IT experience in IT support or similar.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments.
• Windows Server 2016–2025 administration and troubleshooting.
• VMware and Hyper-V virtualization knowledge.
• Microsoft Azure and Entra admin center, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 experience.
• Networking fundamentals and firewall/switch knowledge.
• MSP experience desirable and server-related certifications preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong customer service focus.
• Able to work full-time 40 hours/week and participate in on-call rotations.
• Remote-work setup requirements including hardware, stable internet, and video/phone facilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support across Windows and macOS workstations and standard business apps.
• Manage server environments for Windows Server 2016–2025.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Active Directory, and related services.
• Maintain virtualized environments with VMware and Hyper-V.
• Support business applications and ERP/QuickBooks environments.
• Troubleshoot networking issues including firewalls and switches.
• Protect systems with endpoint security and backup solutions.
• Act as escalation point for technicians and mentor peers.
• Deliver high-quality client service and document work clearly.
• Meet KPIs: CSAT, quality scores, utilization, and first-touch resolution.
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotations and after-hours support.
