Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a System Administrator I in Mexico to deliver reliable IT support in a remote-first environment. You will troubleshoot Windows/macOS, manage Windows Server 2016-2025, and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and VMware/Hyper-V. Strong customer service and English communication are required.

This role includes on-call rotations, documentation, and collaboration with an MSP-focused team. Starting compensation is $8.44 USD per hour with benefits and remote-work setup.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in IT support, systems administration, or similar.
• Hands-on troubleshooting for Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience with Windows Server 2016-2025 and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• cloud/identity administration: Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365.
• Networking fundamentals and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across Windows/macOS, printers, and common apps.
• Manage server environments, Windows Server 2016-2025.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and AD.
• Support virtualization with VMware/Hyper-V.
• Troubleshoot Sage ERP and QuickBooks with vendors as needed.
• Troubleshoot networking including firewalls and switches.
• Support backups and endpoint security; manage mobile devices.
• Escalate and share knowledge with teammates.
• Deliver excellent client service and document work.
• Monitor CSAT and ticket metrics; participate in on-call rotations.
• Complete required training and certifications.
