Mexicali RTX Corporation is seeking a Casting and Forging Supplier Development Lead (SDL) to drive containment, supplier recovery and capability building across global commodities in a remote setting.

The role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Quality, Engineering and SBUs, and a proven track record of implementing structured improvement plans, KPIs, and risk-based supplier development for long-term performance.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Containment & Recovery: lead containment actions, perform RRCA investigations, coordinate improvement plans, monitor KPIs, escalate issues when needed.
• Supplier Development & Capability Building: identify supplier sites, conduct assessments, engage with development roadmaps, align with engineering for readiness.
• Transition Management & Leadership: support supplier transitions, ensure smooth handover, align expectations with internal units, execute APQP for new programs.
