Job summary
Mexicali RTX Corporation is seeking a seasoned Supplier Development Lead to drive containment, recovery, and capability building across global commodities. This remote role requires travel to supplier sites at least half the time and close collaboration with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to execute structured improvement plans and monitor KPIs.
The candidate should have 8+ years of relevant experience, strong English, and a proven track record in RCCA, Lean improvements, and supplier
Qualifications
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 5 years experience.
- Must be authorized to work in Mexico without immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to travel to supplier sites as needed - minimum 50% of time.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead containment actions with Operations and Quality.
- Conduct RCCA investigations to resolve critical issues.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop and implement improvement plans and KPI tracking.
- Manage supplier development roadmaps and transitions.
- Support transitions and APQP for new programs.
