Job summary

Mexicali RTX Corporation seeks a Casting and Forging Supplier Development Lead (SDL) for a remote role. The successful candidate will drive supplier recovery, capability improvement, and sustainable performance across global commodities.

This hands-on, cross-functional position requires coordinating containment, supplier assessments, and improvement plans with Operations, Quality, and Engineering. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• University Degree (required).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience in supplier development or manufacturing improvement is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Containment & Recovery: lead internal and supplier containment actions and RCCA investigations.
• Supplier Development: identify supplier sites, perform assessments, and build development roadmaps.
• Transition Management: oversee supplier transitions and APQP for new programs.
