Ideal candidates hold a university degree with 5+ years in supplier development or related fields, fluent English, and strong program management skills for ongoing improvements and sustained performance.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have a university degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Ability to travel to supplier sites – at least 50% of the time.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Containment and recovery of supplier issues with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead supplier development and capability building across commodities.
• Coordinate transition management and APQP for new programs.
• Monitor KPIs and drive structured improvement plans.
