Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a Casting and Forging SDL to drive supplier recovery and capability building in a remote role. The candidate will manage containment, RCCA investigations, and supply chain improvements, with strong cross-functional collaboration across Quality, Engineering, and Operations.

Ideal candidates have an advanced degree (or equivalent) and 5–8+ years of related experience, plus the ability to travel ~50% to supplier sites. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience.
• Ability to travel to supplier sites – minimum of 50% of time.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead containment and recovery actions with Operations and Quality to drive supplier performance.
• Conduct RCCA investigations and develop corrective actions for critical issues.
• Own supplier development plans, roadmaps, and maturity models across global commodities.
• Coordinate with Commodity Managers and Engineering on readiness for new programs or volume ramps.
• Support transitions with a focus on sustainable operations and long-term capability.
