Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Social Media & Content Creator (Music / Entertainment) to elevate our premium brand online. This remote, full-time role focuses on translating complex music rights topics into digestible content for professional audiences.

You will own the content function end-to-end, crafting posts, short-form videos, carousels, and narratives that reflect a strategic, authoritative voice. English fluency and a knack for storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in social media management and/or content creation.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Strong understanding of content trends, storytelling, and digital positioning.
Experience creating content for B2B or premium brands is a plus.
Experience or familiarity with the music industry is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently and bring creative ideas to the table.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the brand's premium positioning.
Create high-quality content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and possibly TikTok.
Translate complex topics into clear, engaging narratives.
Manage day-to-day social media operations (posting, scheduling, engagement).
Collaborate with the founder/team to extract insights and turn them into content.
Maintain a premium, trustworthy brand voice online.
Monitor performance and optimize content based on analytics.
