Trolley operates as a remote-first platform, seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to run the content engine for founder-led brands. You will craft social-first content from conversations, plan influencer campaigns and write in Moj's voice for Substack, newsletters and social captions.

This hands-on role rewards creativity with video and text output across Reels, TikTok and LinkedIn, plus coordinating designers and editors. Strong English writing and AI-tool fluency are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years in social/content/influencer marketing
• Social-native with short-form content that performs
• Fluent English writer in Moj's voice
• AI-native; uses Claude, ChatGPT and AI tools daily
• Organized and self-directed; proficient in Notion, Canva or Figma

Responsabilidades

• Create short-form video and social content yourself: hooks, scripts, clips, finished posts
• Plan and run influencer and talent campaigns from shortlist to launch
• Write in Moj's voice across Substack, newsletters, LinkedIn and captions
• Turn podcasts/events into native content for each platform
• Own the content calendar in Notion; brief designers and video editors
• Track performance, spot trends early and adjust content accordingly
