You will craft strategy, batch-create content with the CEO, edit video, and ensure timely distribution for a U.S./Canada audience while working remotely 20 hours per week.

The role emphasizes storytelling, authentic voice, and audience growth, with heavy focus on engaging founders and executives, plus analytics-driven improvement, using Canva, CapCut, and Meta

Formación

• Experience managing organic social media for a founder or executive.
• Experience turning long-form video into engaging short-form content.
• Proficient in LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work remotely 20 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Own Zipdev’s organic content strategy and monthly calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Collaborate with the CEO to uncover stories, client pain points, trends, and experiences to share.
• Batch-create content in recurring sessions.
• Direct recordings remotely and guide framing, lighting, and delivery as needed.
• Edit raw video into polished short-form content.
• Repurpose longer recordings into multiple formats and posts.
• Publish and manage content, monitor engagement, and track performance.
