3Search is seeking a Social Content Creator to join a growing global in-house Creative Hub. This social-first, hands-on role requires you to concept, film, edit and occasionally appear in short-form video content about business travel, technology and travel experiences.

You’ll be confident behind and in front of the camera, tailor content for social platforms, write hooks and captions, and collaborate with copywriters, designers and creative leadership to turn ideas into engaging stories.

Formación

• Portfolio of short-form, social-first video content
• Advanced hands-on filming and editing skills
• Natural, engaging and confident on-camera presence
• Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, algorithms and engagement drivers
• Excellent copywriting and scripting skills, especially hooks and platform-native language

Responsabilidades

• Concept, film and edit organic short-form video content from start to finish
• Create platform-native content specifically for social—not just cuts from ads
• Manage on-camera talent and appear in content when needed
• Write hooks, scripts, captions, copy and text overlays
• Turn travel technology and expense solutions into simple, relatable stories
• Lead with real traveler problems and show how the product solves them
• Spot social trends and cultural moments and adapt content accordingly
• Optimize creative for social platforms while maintaining a B2B mindset
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers and leadership within the Creative Hub
• Experiment with AI writing and video tools to accelerate ideation and translation
