NTT DATA Services is seeking a ServiceNow Practice Operations Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for staffing, onboarding, and reporting within a near-shore, remote Mexico-based team. The role emphasizes Excel-based tracking, recurring reporting, and proactive follow-up with team members and managers.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in administrative/operational support, solid PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 skills, and the ability to work

Formación

• Approximately 2–4 years of administrative/operations experience.
• Basic to intermediate PowerPoint skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience in IT consulting or professional services preferred.
• Previous ServiceNow experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain staffing and resource tracking spreadsheets.
• Track project assignments, start dates, end dates, and resource roll-offs.
• Identify resources becoming available for new assignments.
• Maintain resource information including skills, certifications, location, assignment, and availability.
• Follow up with managers and team members when staffing info is missing or outdated.
• Assist practice leadership with staffing meeting prep.
