Job summary
Atos seeks an experienced Platform Engineer for ServiceNow to design, build, integrate, secure, and optimize the AI-powered ServiceNow platform in a global role. You will collaborate with architects and engineers across regions to deliver scalable platform capabilities, accelerators, and enterprise-grade integration.
You will work on complex workflows, data fabric, and secure integration patterns, partnering with cybersecurity and AI specialists to ensure performance, governance, and reliability
Qualifications
- Current hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
- Eight+ years of platform engineering, enterprise integration, or automation experience recommended.
- Experience in complex enterprise environments with ServiceNow deployments.
Responsibilities
- Engineer, configure, enhance, and support ServiceNow platform capabilities across development, test, and production environments.
- Build reusable platform services using scoped applications, App Engine, Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, and platform APIs.
- Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub, with secure authentication and monitoring.
- Develop and support AI-driven automation and governance for AI-enabled workflows.
