Atos Mexico invites a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to lead global ServiceNow initiatives. You will design and implement intelligent workflows, configure complex enterprise integrations, and advance AI-powered capabilities across regions. Collaboration with stakeholders and architects will shape platform direction and accelerate modernization.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, architecture influence, and delivering scalable, secure solutions within a senior technical leadership context.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow Developer in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Experience with multiple modules: ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, or custom apps.
• Familiarity with Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents / Agentic Workflows, and AI capabilities.
• Understanding of CI/CD, update sets, and best practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and automation use cases.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop solutions on ServiceNow across modules.
• Implement intelligent workflows using Now Assist and AI capabilities.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server.
• Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and catalogs.
• Build AI-powered automation and conversational workflows.
• Support deployment, UAT, hypercare, and post-production stabilization.
• Participate in design workshops and governance standards.
