Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in an analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries.
• Experience with marketing analytics and KPIs.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; Tableau experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication; data storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Understand datasets, define KPIs and reporting hierarchies for marketing insights.
• Contribute to development of custom reporting frameworks with new data inputs.
• Maintain accuracy of reporting logic with stakeholders, product and engineering teams.
• Contribute to Marketing's measurement strategy and roadmap for growth.
• Serve as SME for data products (dbt, Snowflake, Tableau, Salesforce) and streamline workflows.
• Define standards for version control, data testing and CI for analytics teams.
• Document data sources, models, metrics, and dashboards for long-term efficiency.
• Enable marketing teams to become confident dashboard users.
• Lay data foundations for AI-first marketing.
