The ideal candidate has 4+ years in ops, hands-on CRM setup, and proficiency with multiple revenue tools beyond the CRM. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in a remote, contractor role.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
