YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert to optimize CRM-driven workflows and reporting for SaaS environments. The contractor will configure and manage CRM platforms and revenue tools, ensuring data accuracy across connected systems.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations, hands-on CRM experience, and strong communication skills to drive operational improvements and documentation.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
