OpsArmy is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Revenue Cloud Developer for a fully remote role. The candidate will manage Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud, configure CRM processes, and maintain data integrity across Salesforce.

Strong data handling, documentation, and CRM reporting capabilities are essential. The role emphasizes operational support for quoting, pricing, and revenue processes, with a focus on ICP structures and pipeline improvement.

Formación

• Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise and experience with CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
• Ability to configure CRM processes, data management, and dashboards.
• Experience handling large datasets and maintaining data hygiene.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation.
• Excellent documentation and process-improvement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data including accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and CPQ/Revenue Cloud functionality.
• Support quoting, pricing, and revenue processes within Salesforce.
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and operational reports.
• Document CRM processes and SOPs; promote consistent data-management practices.
