Job summary

School Basics is a U.S.-based company seeking a motivated Sales Support Representative to join our growing team. This role blends sales and customer service, focusing on lead management, cold outreach, and building client relationships.

You will conduct calls and virtual meetings, navigate the CRM, and collaborate with the Sales team to meet targets. Advanced English and at least 1 year in sales or service are required; this is a fully remote position from Mexico.

Qualifications

• Advanced English required (spoken, written, listening).
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads through cold calls and emails to start conversations.
• Conduct calls and virtual meetings to present and promote products/services.
• Build rapport with clients, identify needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals.
• Maintain follow-up and communication to ensure client satisfaction.
• Learn product details and track activities using a CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales to meet goals.
• Work independently with initiative and sound judgment.
