Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Sales Development Engineer for Data Centers in LATAM, working remotely from anywhere in Mexico. You will map the LATAM ecosystem, drive demand for cooling and water solutions, and guide specifications from concept through award to secure profitable growth.

You’ll engage consultants, owners, EPCs, and contractors, qualify opportunities, and coordinate with teams to deliver value-based specifications across multiple markets. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in project sales or technical sales within Data Centers or related infra.
• Proven ability to engage consultants, owners, EPCs and contractors on long cycles.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Map LATAM Data Center ecosystem to identify strategic projects and key decision makers.
• Qualify opportunities and maintain an accurate project pipeline in CRM.
• Collaborate to design and specify Grundfos pumps, systems, and controls for Data Centers.
• Position Grundfos in project specs and manage opportunities through design to award.
• Deliver workshops and training at conferences and industry events.
