Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Digital Sales Representative to power our high-velocity inside sales team from Mexico City with a flexible remote/office hybrid schedule.

You will respond to inbound leads, conduct discovery calls and demos, and articulate the value of Zendesk to both new and existing customers. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in software or SaaS sales, excellent Spanish and English writing, and strong organizational skills.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience; software/SaaS experience preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities.
• Willingness to work from Mexico City with hybrid schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to a large number of inbound leads and existing customers through phone, Zoom, chat and email.
• Conduct discovery calls, provide demos and help customers see the value in Zendesk.
• Be the voice of our customers; understand their needs and make them champions.
• Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs, including ticket volumes, response/resolution times, and productivity.
• Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a weekly basis.
