Kettelsen International Recruiting seeks an Outbound Sales Development Representative-Bilingue to generate new business with U.S. companies. This role emphasizes proactive outreach, consultative selling, and strong client relationships in a hybrid Mexico-based setting.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, with a sales or business development background, advanced English, and hands-on experience with sales tools and CRM platforms. Travel to the U.S. may be required.

Formación

• Proven sales professional with negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Strong understanding of Hospitality, Farming, Manufacturing, and Engineering sectors.
• Fluent in English; bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively engage potential clients through cold outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Schedule video calls with prospect leads to sell the service.
• Build and maintain the Sales Playbook with messaging and workflows.
• Use Lusha and CRM tools to source leads and perform 100+ outbound calls daily.
• Identify new business opportunities with corporate and individual clients.
• Expand across Hospitality, Farming, Engineering, Manufacturing sectors with staffing solutions.
• Lead consultative sales conversations to assess client needs.
• Establish pricing frameworks and support recruiting aligned to demand.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely placements.
• Maintain client relationships and monitor industry trends.
• Represent the company at U.S. conferences and events.
