DoorDash Labs seeks an Operations Shift Lead to oversee the daily activities of its remote operations team. You will manage testing, deployment, and logging across offices, ensuring high productivity and safety during shifts that run from 9 AM to 1 AM CST, Monday through Sunday.

You will report to the LABS Operations Manager in the Remote Assistance Team, focusing on process improvements and collaboration with engineers to achieve departmental goals.

Formación

• 3+ years in autonomous and/or robotics operations management.
• Proven ability to lead teams, make quick decisions, and mentor others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to leadership.
• Strong safety culture with experience coordinating safety protocols.
• Skilled with Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, Linux, and GitHub.
• Comfortable with flexible shifts and non-traditional schedules.
• Strategic thinker able to align team goals with company aims.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of remote operations team during assigned shifts.
• Ensure safety, productivity, and quality across testing, deployment, and logging.
• Manage schedules, escalate issues, and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with Team Leads and Engineers to align objectives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members for performance.
• Enforce safety and compliance standards at all times.
