DoorDash Labs in Mexico City is seeking an Operations Specialist for Autonomy Tech Support. You will ensure smooth daily operations of the robot fleet and coordinate between Operations and Engineering to resolve field issues. The role is in-office with required early/late shifts and weekend work.

You’ll troubleshoot hardware and software, document symptoms, and help develop fixes with engineering while keeping knowledge base up to date.

Formación

• Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex technical problems.
• Prior experience with autonomous vehicles and/or robotics.
• Comfortable with Linux command line, GitHub, Jira, and service software.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Be primary contact for escalated software and hardware issues during autonomy operations and testing.
• Perform initial debugging and capture details to identify issues and mitigation steps.
• Document new symptoms or failure modes and coordinate with engineering for mitigations.
• Use trend analysis to report anomalies and coordinate with engineering for investigation.
• Create and maintain resolution steps documentation and knowledge base.
