Symbotic seeks a Shift Manager to lead our site operations team, focusing on daily robotics performance, safety and quality for the customer. You’ll supervise hourly and salaried staff, drive SOPs, manage staffing, and coach teams to exceed customer expectations while coordinating with client and Symbotic teams.

• 3+ years of experience in management and operations manufacturing or related field.
• Experience with automation, robotics, and automated systems in industrial settings; PLCs, HMI, sensors and conveyors experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to guide teams through technical challenges.
• Fluent English and Spanish language capabilities are required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day shift operations for robotics, automated systems, and workflow.
• Collaborate with client operations leaders and internal teams to resolve operational and automation issues.
• Lead root-cause analysis of recurring system failures and implement corrective actions.
• Execute SOPs and adjust workflows based on system behavior and client requirements.
• Monitor, diagnose, and optimize automation systems to maximize uptime, productivity and reliability.
• Interpret automation dashboards, alerts, and performance data to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Prioritize automation failures and communicate system observations to maintenance, engineering and support teams.
• Lead hiring, assignment, training, mentoring and development of shift team members.
