Evernest is seeking a Remote Resident Services Coordinator who can build and maintain strong relationships with residents while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication, responsiveness to inquiries, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to resolve issues.

You will handle resident communication, renewals, and maintenance requests, working from home on a full-time basis.

Formación

• Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Experience in customer service, real estate, financial services or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Resident Communication: oversee all resident communication efforts, including managing rent delinquency cases, renewals, and other resident-related concerns across the designated portfolios.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests via telephone, email, and text.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents to foster a sense of community and promote retention.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure policies and procedures are followed and issues are resolved quickly.
