Get Linked Up is seeking a part-time, remote Recruiting & Contractor Success Coordinator to source candidates, conduct initial interviews, and manage relationships with virtual contractors and clients. You will help own the screening process and determine readiness for next steps in a fast-paced global staffing environment.

The role emphasizes organization, independent decision-making, and strong English communication to support U.S.-based clients and international contractors.

Formación

• Experience with ATS systems and candidate screening.
• Experience recruiting for U.S. personal injury law firms is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Source and headhunt qualified candidates.
• Conduct structured first-round interviews.
• Screen candidates for English proficiency and fit.
• Manage candidate pipelines and stages.
• Onboard contractors and support clients.
• Maintain documentation and scorecards for candidates.
