Triwill Group is seeking a QuickBooks Financial Controller based in Mexico for a fully remote, full-time role. You will own the company’s financial operations, report to the CFO, and drive improvements across the general ledger, month-end close, reporting, cash management, and internal controls.

You will transition accounting activities from an external provider to an in-house operation, becoming the internal QuickBooks expert and configuring the platform to support business needs.

Formación

• Proven experience as a financial controller or accounting lead.
• Strong understanding of GL, month-end close, and internal controls.
• Experience transitioning activities from an external provider to in-house.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment and coordinating with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage general ledger, month-end close, and reconciliations.
• Prepare clear financial reports for CFO and stakeholders.
• Oversee cash management and internal controls across operations.
• Configure and optimize QuickBooks to support reporting and decision-making.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based colleagues and clients to align on financial processes.
