Vintti seeks a Head of Finance to own accounting, reporting, and financial operations end to end from a remote Mexico base. You will manage consolidation, fund accounting, investor reporting, and development accounting while shaping FP&A processes and regulatory compliance.

You will lead multi-entity finances, implement SQL/Azure data practices, and partner closely with executives to deliver accurate, timely results aligned with US hours.

Formación

• CPA or equivalent qualification.
• 7–10+ years in accounting/finance; PE experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, SQL/Azure required.
• Experience with QuickBooks/Intuit Enterprise Suite; multi-entity, US GAAP.
• Real estate development exposure is a strong plus.
• Strong executive communication and autonomy; deliver finished work.

Responsabilidades

• Own accounting, reporting, and financial operations end to end.
• Consolidate 25+ entities, fund accounting, and investor reporting.
• Lead development accounting: job costing, draws, change orders, retainage.
• Drive FP&A: budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analyses, underwriting models.
• Oversee corporate accounting: AP/AR, payroll, treasury, intercompany.
• Migrate from Excel to a real SQL/Azure data environment.

Head of Finance | Private Equity & Real Estate - Remote (Mexico)

We're hiring a Head of Finance to own accounting, reporting, and financial operations end to end, so the founder can step fully out of day-to-day finance.

You'll own:

• 25+ entities in Intuit Enterprise Suite (scaling to 50-100+), consolidations, investment accounting
• Fund accounting: GP/LP consolidations, capital calls, distributions, waterfalls, investor reporting
• Development accounting: job costing, draws, GC pay apps, change orders, retainage
• FP&A: budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, underwriting models
• Corporate accounting: AP/AR, payroll, treasury, intercompany billing
• Migrating from Excel to a real SQL/Azure data environment

You bring:

• CPA or equivalent
• 7-10+ years in accounting/finance, PE experience strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, SQL/Azure
• Advanced QuickBooks/Intuit Enterprise Suite, multi-entity, US GAAP
• Real estate development exposure; a strong plus
• Sharp executive communication and true autonomy, you deliver finished work, not drafts
• Based in Mexico (Monterrey/CDMX preferred), aligned to U.S. hours
