Job summary

Pavago is hiring a Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of a growing property management client. This remote role requires strong Buildium and QuickBooks Online skills and a hands-on approach to bank reconciliations and accounting for multiple properties.

You will maintain accurate records, generate monthly reports, and collaborate with property managers to ensure timely and compliant financials across entities. US business hours apply, but the role is fully remote from Latin America.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in property management or real estate bookkeeping.
• Hands-on experience with Buildium and QuickBooks Online.
• Strong understanding of bank reconciliations and bookkeeping principles.

Responsibilities
