The candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
• U.S. accounting experience is required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

tasks. As a valued member of the team, you'll report to an accountant and work closely with

other talented professionals. Communication and collaboration are core to this role as your

efforts will support smooth operations and strengthen our financial processes.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Utilize QuickBooks Online for all necessary accounting processes
• Collaborate with the team on the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
• Provide regular reports and updates to the accountant
• Maintain accurate and organized records for all financial transactions
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to relay financial information and recommendations

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
• U.S. accounting experience is required
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements
• Managerial skills with potential for growth into a managerial role within the offshore team
