Formación

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, technical support, or client services with technical teams.
• Ability to drive projects that benefit clients and end users.

• Strong written and verbal English communication for technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Use Coursera platform expertise to advocate for learner and administrator experiences, influence roadmaps, and drive issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define workflows for new feature launches and readiness.
• Support teams by enabling users, triaging issues, and updating internal resources.
