Turnitin seeks a proactive Customer Support specialist to respond to technical and non-technical queries. You will help ensure system access and performance, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus familiarity with LMS and SaaS technologies. Weekend work and flexible hours may be required. Remote-first culture with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or experience in a customer support role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, set priorities, work independently, and perform under pressure.
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux, and Microsoft Office products.
• Familiarity with LMS systems such as Blackboard, Moodle, Canvas or D2L.
• Understanding of SaaS products and web technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively support Turnitin products via email, with some phone and live chat, ensuring resolution and optimal performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Product Management on product issues and releases.
• Develop positive customer relations and translate/update technical documentation.
• Assist in maintaining and updating product documentation.
