Formación

• 3–5 years in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Employee Experience.
• Experience with LMS administration and employee engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute learning programs aligned to strategic goals.
• Own LMS configuration, course creation, and reporting.
• Create hands-on learning assets using instructional design methods.
• Evaluate effectiveness using feedback and data analytics.
• Design team-building initiatives and recognition programs.
