Atomic - Remote Jobs is seeking a product-focused contractor to bridge customer insight with engineering, from discovery to release. You will document requirements, validate features in real inspection workflows, and help ship features with quality across mobile and web.

The role offers a fully remote work arrangement across the Americas, approximately 40 hours per week, with weekly USD payments and up to 20 paid days off per year.

Formación

• 2+ years in product, operations, QA, implementation, or SaaS roles.
• Experience turning messy feedback into clear, actionable requirements.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to understand complex workflows and simplify them quickly.
• Confidence testing mobile and web experiences thoroughly.
• A proactive approach to documentation and closing clarity gaps.
• Ability to work independently within a lean, senior team.
• Practical experience using AI tools to work faster without sacrificing quality.

Responsabilidades

• Clarify needs and define practical requirements across the product cycle.
• Validate new features through real inspection workflows and feedback loops.
• Ensure Engineering has clear inputs and Support has accurate context for releases.
