Atomic - Remote Jobs is seeking a Program Manager/Product Specialist for a U.S.-based SaaS company building inspection and documentation software. You’ll represent the customer perspective from discovery through release readiness, reporting to the Head of Engineering and collaborating with Customer Success, Support and Marketing to ensure practical, well‑defined features.

Responsibilities include analyzing feedback, translating it into actionable requirements, documenting edge cases, and testing

Formación

• 3+ years in product, QA, implementation, or SaaS operations.
• Experience converting customer feedback into structured requirements.
• Strong hands-on software testing and edge-case thinking.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Clear, concise, and well-organized documentation habits.
• A process-oriented, self-directed approach to ownership.
• Confidence collaborating across technical and customer-facing teams.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze customer feedback and identify recurring workflow problems
• Translate messy input into clear, actionable product requirements
• Document edge cases, tradeoffs, dependencies, and open questions
• Test features across complete mobile and web workflows
• Reproduce customer issues and verify their root causes
• Confirm fixes solve the original problem, not just symptoms
• Coordinate accurate release notes with Marketing and Support
• Surface product risks and blockers before they affect delivery
