Atomic - Remote Jobs is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a fully remote role. You will own project delivery end-to-end: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and process improvements across Creative, Web, Paid Media, SEO, and more.

This is a builder role with direct collaboration with finance and department leads to ensure profitability and staffing alignment. You bring 10+ years in project management, 5+ years in an agency setting, and a proven ability to design or overhaul PM systems.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in project management, including leadership of complex initiatives.
• 5+ years in an agency setting across multiple service lines (Creative, Web, Paid Media, SEO).
• Proven track record of building or overhauling PM systems and processes.
• Strong financial acumen: budget, margins, profitability analysis with finance teams.
• Experience with resource and capacity management across multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Build, document, and improve PM systems and processes across Creative, Web, Paid Media, SEO, and more.
• Own project budgets and analyze profitability with finance.
• Plan resources and capacity across projects and teams; identify gaps early.
• Collaborate with proposal teams to develop cost estimates and plans.
• Train teams on processes and drive adoption.
