Atomic - Remote Jobs is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a performance marketing agency serving higher education and nonprofit sectors. You will own end-to-end delivery, from planning and budgeting to process optimization, across Creative, Web, Paid Media, SEO, and more.

You bring 10+ years in PM, 5+ years in an agency, and a proven track record building PM systems, with strong financial acumen and experience with Asana, MS Office, Google Suite, and AI productivity tools.

Formación

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years in an agency setting across multiple service lines.
• Experience building or overhauling PM systems and processes.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets and margins.
• Experience with resource and capacity management.
• A clear point of view on how project work should be run.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects to ensure they're completed on time and within budget.
• Build, document, and continuously improve project management systems and processes across Creative, Web, Paid Media, SEO, and more.
• Own project budgets and partner directly with the finance team to analyze project and client profitability.
• Own resource and capacity planning across multiple concurrent projects and teams, identifying staffing gaps or bottlenecks before they become delivery risks.
• Work with proposal teams to develop cost estimates and project plans aligned to client needs and internal capacity.
• Train teams on processes and drive adoption.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring smooth handoffs and keeping project teams focused on the end goal.
• Communicate project status clearly and proactively to stakeholders.
• Stay closely aware of company goals and strategy, bringing forward recommendations that connect project execution to agency-level outcomes.
