Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a Product Manager for LED Lighting based in Mexico. You will own the entire product portfolio—from architectural lighting to pixel solutions—and shape the roadmaps, pricing, and go-to-market strategy in collaboration with executives and contract manufacturers.

You will lead hardware development, ensure certification compliance, optimize margins, and drive multiple product launches. Strong English communication and AI-enabled productivity are essential.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in product management for physical products, LED lighting, or related hardware.
• Strong LED fundamentals and access to certification knowledge.
• Experience with pricing, margins, and cost roll-ups.
• Experience in ERP/CPQ data management and tooling.
• Excellent technical writing and fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the LED lighting catalog and drive portfolio strategy and launches.
• Develop 12–24 month roadmaps aligned with profitability and supply risks.
• Set list and channel pricing; maintain price books and margins.
• Lead NPD from concept through prototyping to commercial launch.
• Coordinate certification and compliance efforts (UL, DLC, IP/IK).
• Manage cost, landed costs, lead times, and sourcing decisions.
• Maintain CPQ data, BOMs, and ERP item records.
• Produce technical content: spec sheets, installation guides, IES files.
• Coordinate GTM launches and training for distributors and sales teams.
• Capture field feedback to drive roadmap improvements.
• Deliver catalog audit within 30 days and two launches within 12 months.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows and documentation.
